Very good bank but the ATM isn’t on the property it is downtown Wind Gap next to McDonald’s
I told the bank I was going out of the country. TheTbank gave me a temporary card to use, but shut it off once iiused it in Spain. You people shut down my account without my authorization. My account had almost 200 in it stolen. I ordered two cards and never received them. These bankers are theives do not give them the satisfaction of being a customer they don't deserve it.
Wells Fargo wind gap branch has the worst customer service. I am done waisting my time at this bank where the tellers cannot help you with anything and they only have one banker who can do anything and she’s is so ignorant and condescending. This is the second time I needed to go inside and the wait is just plain wrong. My god this branch has gone to hell and has the worst customer service. Find another branch or another bank totally one where people WANT TO HELP YOU! Nancy Fulmer
