I went into the bank to make a cash withdrawal for a substantial amount, which I did have available in my account for use and was denied my funds from Kim the lady who approves the withdrawal. I felt discriminated, I don't understand why I am being denied my funds that I work hard for. I am considering no longer banking with Wells Fargo. This is not the first time I have encountered this situation at this particular branch.
Years of being a customer can only say the best service was given. All my kid's bank with Well Fargo too . Customer service is the best 👌
