How do you walk into a bank and go to the counter and there's no tellers? The lady who did come to the counter couldn't help me because she was doing the drive thru and the other lady stepped away. Where did she step away to? I stood there for 5 minutes and decided to go through the drive through since there was someone there that could help me. I admit, given all the negative reviews on here I was expecting a worse experience… I went in to make a deposit (ATM wasn’t accepting an older $100 bill I had), and there wasn’t a line, but I was greeted quickly & professionally. The woman that assisted me was polite, professional and quick in processing my deposit & didn’t try to upsell me on opening new accounts or credit cards (hate that sales-ey stuff when I’m just trying to get in/out quick). Appreciate it and keep up the good work!
On August 26,2024 Bad experience today at the Wells Fargo on main st. Received a wire transfer today that I was waiting on since Thursday last week, I went into the branch on main st in Stroudsburg pa on my lunch break so I was on a time frame. I go to the teller proceed to do a withdrawal was asked for my ID which I gave her.
