Que mala atención de la cajera,no se su nombre pero es una de lentes,ya mis hijos y yo hemos tenido dos malas experiencias,nos ha tratado mal y he tenido que acudir a otras trabajadoras de la agencia para que la hagan entrar en razon,aparte habla español y cuando uno no le entiende algo en inglés se hace la que no le importa nada

Would give 0 stars if possible. Manager Keera turns customers away happily, sits on her phone with a line from the teller all the way to the door with 1 teller working both the inside and the drive through. So entitled, so rude, so dismissive. I have no idea how this person even has a job - she should be a night manager at McDonals not at a financial institution.
If zero was a possibility - I would give this branch a zero. The tellers are very rude, and continue to talk poorly on people - even after the person has left. They are unwilling to work around my schedule to set up a time for me to create an account. Definitely will not be using this bank.
Worst bank branch I have ever dealt with. No customer services, and you’re always waiting in the drive through forever. Do better.
