I'd give zero stars if I could. My family is going through some tough health things. They would not let me make a deposit into my parents' account since I was not an authorized signer. They rejected the power of attorney saying 3 words needed changed. They are not customer friendly and will not work with you at all. Closing all family accounts and moving banks. They do not give a crap about their customers.
I decided to "trust, but verify" the lack of a ladies room, even for customers. I BELIEVED the poster, but COULDN'T believe their policy!!! I called, told the banker I reached what the review said. I added that I found that unbelievable since that CUSTOMER COURTESY, if you think of providing for a basic human need as a courtesy, is provided by surrounding similar establishments.I WAS IMMEDIATELY REMINDED AGAIN, WHY THEY SUCK!! Her answer was "WE DON'T HAVE TO!!!
Been with them for years and not sure why I haven't switched. They take well advantage of people with the overdraft fees. $35 dollar fee for $10 overdraft is ridiculous and if you happen to miss it, it's $35 a day not just one time. THIS BANK SUCKS. Haven't actually had a bad experience with this location in any way but the bank it's self is corrupt and constantly involved in scandals. If you're looking for a bank please choose other wise.
