The people inside have always been rude, unwilling to help at all. But I just went to the drive-up ATM and it's now impossible to get money out of it without getting out of my car. I'm not sure who designed this but they need to rethink it.
Ashley Tyrce: At this location is very rude and sarcastic. Her Manager did not acknowledge or speak to us. We had an appointment at 9:00, and due to my grandma who is handicap by the way, we were maybe 10 minutes late, then we had to wait another 10 minutes on them even coming out of the cash office. Very disappointed of this location. I’m rushing to the bank after work before it closed. Came in the bank at 4:20 pm and closing time is 5pm and the manager said I better come back on different day or schedule an appointment to have the service because the only banker on the floor working on a client and won’t be enough time for me. I’m very disappointed.
They are really a good bank .when you walk in they call you by your name .I have being banking with them for years they will go out of there way to help you .From the bankers to teller always professional and kind and very friendly
