Complete chaos, they require appointments but then ,after calling to verify your time, they ignore your appointment time and you spend 39 minutes waiting. So why make an appointment? They asked for a copy of my driver license, then say oh we meant a passport or 2nd form of id, wait what? Then why didn't you say u need a passport or second form of id?????? Save yourself find a better bank!
