I have previously had a terrible experience at this Wells Fargo on Soquel Ave in Santa Cruz, and with Wells Fargo in general, but today added the icing. While waiting in line, the customer ahead of me was talking about an encounter with a Police Officer. The Clerk at the counter who was assisting her, stated loudly enough for me and everyone else to hear that, "cops are a-holes and it's the end of the month so he had to fill his quota".
