I had the most disturbing experience today at this branch. I have had many Checking, Savings accounts since 1998 and today my wife and I went in to open a second joint checking. There was nobody else other then 1 customer with a banker. The female teller refused to help in anyway. Kept telling me to make an appointment on the app. After I asked if she could help make the appointment she simply refused and stating "she couldn't help me any further". Every time when I come, they are so slow. Today, as most of the time, there were 5 staffs but 1 teller helping all. Then other don’t care anything. Had to come here

Very rude and didn’t even try and help this place is horrible the one in Santa Cruz is way better
