Horrible. Plan to camp here. Only 2 physical teller windows with new remodel. Only positives are the employees are very nice. Very slow transactions plan on 20 minutes in line.
17 years using same branch. Nothing else to say. Not a fan of weels fargo but employees are the best. Update: long waiting times, not good service anymore. 11/27 again today when cashing check we were short of cash. Teller paid a check 100 when it was for 180.

I don’t know why this bank always acts like It’s the end of the world to provide change for a business. It’s met with smart remarks and drama from everyone assisting. Unfortunately I have to use this bank as the company I work for requires it- but it’s unpleasant every single time.
Had an appointment to speak with a banker regarding an issue I’ve been having with my account. Before I could really explain what was even happening the “manager” told me that I should call the fraud department which I sat on hold with for 57 min yesterday before someone answered. Finally realizing Wells Fargo is careless to their customers and will try to get anything by. Believe me I will be closing both accounts by the end of this week. Thanks for all your help!
