I just spent 20 minutes at Wells Fargo only to be told at the end that I needed a specific type of identification to proceed with my request. This could’ve been communicated upfront, saving both time and frustration. If staff aren’t aware of the full policy, it might be time to consider retraining. Clear communication and consistency are basic expectations for a bank—this experience fell short.
Tried to deposit some cash and waited in the drivethru for over 20 minutes while they held my card hostage because they were dealing with people in the lobby.

Horrible. Plan to camp here. Only 2 physical teller windows with new remodel. Only positives are the employees are very nice. Very slow transactions plan on 20 minutes in line.
17 years using same branch. Nothing else to say. Not a fan of weels fargo but employees are the best. Update: long waiting times, not good service anymore. 11/27 again today when cashing check we were short of cash. Teller paid a check 100 when it was for 180.
