The customer service at this location is terrible. I went this morning to open an account; there was only one other customer, yet the two employees at the desk made me wait about 45 minutes while the place was empty. They were just chatting and laughing and didn't even take the time to help me. They really need to work on their customer service. I do not recommend this place; the service is poor and inadequate.

Im not a member of this bank, I went to cash a check. The lady that helped, can't remember her name, she was beyond sweet, noticed something about me and while continuing to do her job , talked to me and even gave me information on the topic!! Nice people from the moment you walk in the door.
I am my mothers POA, I had an insurance check, I was not sure how to proceed. Nick P. Was the banker my appointment was with. He was terrific, walked me through every step so I was completely aware of the entire process. Everything was finished in a timely manner within the same day. Nick you are a life saver! Thank you.
