I am my mothers POA, I had an insurance check, I was not sure how to proceed. Nick P. Was the banker my appointment was with. He was terrific, walked me through every step so I was completely aware of the entire process. Everything was finished in a timely manner within the same day. Nick you are a life saver! Thank you.
We open the checking account some years ago. I didn't look closely enough at a monthly statements. When we opened it, if we kept $1,000 in it, there would be no monthly charge. We have done that but now they're charging $15 a month. Too many other banks with free checking. We will be changing Banks.
I am writing this review about the WF bank at 4246 Plank Road. I see reviews from seven years ago, and I don't think this branch is that old. That being said, I have never seen such a sparsely manned bank. My husband and I went in to add me to his safe deposit box. The first time we go in they said we had to make an appointment. That was one wasted trip. So we make a second appointment and are told that the person we made the appointment with was not there. So again another wasted trip.
