I am writing this review about the WF bank at 4246 Plank Road. I see reviews from seven years ago, and I don't think this branch is that old. That being said, I have never seen such a sparsely manned bank. My husband and I went in to add me to his safe deposit box. The first time we go in they said we had to make an appointment. That was one wasted trip. So we make a second appointment and are told that the person we made the appointment with was not there. So again another wasted trip. The worst bank in human existence. the customer service associate wouldn't let me sit down when he only attacked me with denials, I couldn't complete any questions when the associate only said that my account would be closed for legally changing my last name. I closed the account and no one in the office even asked me why or if they could help me. the most scare experience I ever had in a @Wellsfargo

They don’t have people available and we have to wait too much, even if we have an appointment.
