Used to be a top notch bank. Now it's bad service.
El servicio al cliente en Lancaster Blvd: es PESIMO, espere más de 45 minutos y cuando tocaba mi turno atendieron a otra persona, me dijeron que el trámite de ellos era muy rápido. Cuando terminaron de atenderlo, después de 15 minutos aproximadamente, dijeron que siguiera esperando porque ya iba a llegar alguien con cita. Been with Wells Fargo for 20 years. This branch is the worst I have been to. I have had my appointments canceled with no notification twice. Everytime I come here there is huge lines and 2 cashiers. This location has to step up. Poor management. Always disappointed when I come here.
Horrible service, went in to open a new account I was waiting for about half hour for them to tell me they had appointments all day smh. Not very friendly.
I been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and is getting worse by the minute, no cashiers, no account service desk members, lines go for ever 😡 sucks.
