I came in today to make my final auto loan payment thinking that the teller could determine that amount. I was surprised when they told me I needed to call their 1-800 number to get it. In this day and age, their computers should determine this. Got kicked out of line and told to set with a banker. And of course all the bankers are busy. Wells Fargo sucks. I only wish I had an account with them so I could close it.

The customer service counter at Publix is more useful than this outfit. No one will assume responsibility for inhuman customer service. I have an account with Wells Fargo I will promptly be closing. They refuse to swap 20 dollar bills for 100s. Not an unreasonable request.. multiple forms of ID.
