Appointment needed to open an account and you'd be told the excuse you have to make an appointment Like a week in advance just to open a checking account not a recommended bank to do business with
I had my checking account debited for $90.00 for a safe deposit box that I had previously paid $90,00 cash at the bank counter. I was told today that if my payment posts, I will have paid for 2 years. I only pay for my box 1 year at a time. The branch has done nothing to refund my money and told me to call the customer service line in 10 days. I called the customer service line today for a 3rd time and they informed me that the branch is being negligent in there due diligence. I will leave this posted until I receive my $90.... read more
I waited in line for over 25 minutes this afternoon to deposit a check. There was only one teller working and there were probably six customers waiting in the lobby when I left. They push you to use the ATM, which in Palm Coast we have a high population of elderly individuals who do not want to use an ATM. Myself as well as 60% of the population want to have interaction with an actual person. You guys need to hire more help, as this wait was absolutely ridiculous.
