The people at this branch are RIDICULOUS! I have never had a bad experience previous but this most recent interaction I had 20 minutes ago just left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole branch. Unnecessary Barriers, Needs Better Training I brought two new immigrants with valid DV-1 visas to this branch to open an account. We had all the required documents according to the law and the bank’s policy. Despite this, the employee assisting us demanded extra proof, which is impossible for someone who arrived only a week ago to provide. Got Pneumonia, Bought a $5 Salad, and Was Charged $35 for It, and staff tried to parent me instead of giving me, compassion or understanding. When I was 19, I was working while actively sick with pneumonia, trying to survive. I spent $5 on a Zaxby’s salad and put gas in my car to get to work.
