DON'T BANK HERE! Why do I need two forms of ID to cash a check from your bank? Why did you ask for a debit/credit card as a 2nd ID? Why a $10 fee to process your check? Why wasn't a driver's license and a bank statement/checkbook with matching address not valid? The Operational Manager- Claudia and Branch Manager - male with no name tag should be fired.
Horrible customer service all around this bank and horrible banking security. Do not bank here.

Went into the sky canyon location today to make a large withdrawal for a purchase of a used car. And I had an awful experience I feel I was highly profiled. The manager kept me in the lobby over 40 minutes while she called around to make sure my available balance was not from previously cashed checks at different bank. WHY THE HELL IS THERE ONLY ONE TELLER AND ONE BANKER ON A MONDAY MORNING?!?! I’ve been waiting over an HOUR to be seen and no one has even GREETED me yet! HUGE line for the teller keeps growing and I’ve seen people waiting in line for as long as I’ve been waiting for a banker. HORRIBLE! Get your shit together Wells Fargo! I’ve got other crap to do than wait for this!!
