Absolutely terrible experience with Alexis Wiggins at the Ridgeland branch. That was the name she provided but given her unprofessional behavior, it may be a false name. I have had good experiences with Wells Fargo over the years but the Ridgeland branch was not what should be expected in a professional banking institution.
