Some of the employees at this bank display an appalling attitude and treat customers abominably. When we went to withdraw cash, they shortchanged us by one month's worth of interest. When we requested that they call the company to discuss the matter, they rudely threw us out, went so far as to summon the police, and even issued a restraining order against us. This is truly an absolutely terrible bank.
Awful experience, we waited in line for 45 minutes for someone to see us for a basic operation. No restroom for customers.
There should be negative Star choice! The only Bank I’ve ever been treated like a less than, they couldn’t even verify a Check written from Wells Fargo , kept me there 30 minutes just to say they can’t help, meaning cash a check Written from Wells Fargo , and Mrs. Turner at Abingdon branch, very rude and the exact opposite of the signs saying the believe in courtesy, I would never bank where they can’t verify their own checks!
WARNING, DO NOT BANK HERE! Have been to this particular branch 3xs now and it is always extremely slow, and rude. We are going through drive thru because the person doing the banking cannot walk! Today we timed our drive thru experience over 30 minutes to cash 2 checks. 16 minutes at the window with 3 different tellers when 1st said there was only one working on a Friday afternoon! I came into open a checking account to make it easier for transferring funds between accounts and I was met with AC Moreelle. she was rude and condescending highly disrespectful!
