Poor service. The last time I went to the bank, the drive thru lanes were closed in the middle of the day, so I decided to go inside this time. There was only one teller and they were assisting someone with something time consuming. I waited for over 10 minutes, only to be helped as the previous teller was wrapping up. Were not kind enough to exchange my smaller bills into a bigger bill because I didn't have an account. Very close in proximity to my house and would have been willing to open an account but showed no enthusiasm to help.
