The staff at this location, including manager, lied and used delay tactics when I tried to cancel an account during a work break. They asked for multiple forms of ID that were "required" despite me having my SSN, app logging, etc. I had to go home to get them using up my entire break. My wife called over the phone to cancel a similar account in her name, they required none of these IDs they mentioned. We made the right decision cancelling their checking account.
