Excellent customer service
Josie, that works upfront, has to be the most rude person I have ever encountered at the bank. I have been banking here for 7 years. In all honesty, if you hate your job, please don’t take it out on the customers. The attitude and smart comments were not needed.
I been to Wells Fargo all over the world and this is by far one of the worst ones. All of the staff are extremely slow the same people that work inside are at the drive through. The ladies attitudes are mean because they are slow. How do you get mad at customers that’s been sitting for 30 minutes this on going. Can corporate please come and help this office.
