Dennis is a very polite and professional person. When I wanted to close my account on Monday, he handled everything with great patience. He talked to me just like a friend and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He even called me three times to remind me and to check if I needed any additional help. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. If I ever decide to open another account in the future, I will definitely ask for Dennis again
I simply don' t understand the negative reviews. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Staff is punctual and very very friendly. They are knowledgeable and offer great advice upon request. I've been to other Wells Fargo locations like Trumbull and even the one that closed in Monroe and on several occasions was treated a bit unkind , rushed and with an attitude by tellers. So thank you Wells Fargo staff ( from managers to tellers) at Shelton location for doing your job and doing it with a smile !
The worst experience every time unless you make an appointment. Is this the trick for employees to limit their workload intentionally? The staff appear resentful of being shorthanded and takes it out on the customer by being terse and ignoring customers while they wait for someone else to engage with them because they are just to busy to deal with their workload.
