Refrain from visiting this branch. The staff is unhelpful, unwilling to assist, and appears disinterested. Their behavior is rude and disrespectful, and the individual I spoke with was dismissive of my questions and seemed eager to conclude our interaction. Their lack of courtesy, manners, and customer service experience is evident.

The staff is very helpful, patient and very professional. I had checked on line to see if they were open on Saturday and it said they were but only until 12:00. I arrived at 11:10 and they were closed. I read on the door that they are only open Monday thru Friday . I was able to get things done by the ATM but had questions I wanted to ask. So it will have to wait until I'm in the area again.

I am extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo’s handling of fraud claims. Despite presenting clear evidence of fraudulent debit charges, the fraud department refused to recognize them as such. Worse, their representatives were unprofessional, even laughing at me over the phone. Throughout the process, my case was repeatedly mishandled due to employees failing to escalate it properly.
