Rude and unfriendly people. Been a customer 30 yrs and they refused to notarize something for me. Went down the street to a different bank and so friendly and nice!
We recently opened an account there and had the pleasure of dealing with a personal banker (Ida) who was extremely pleasant and professional. She handled everything in a very efficient manner and even made a follow up call to make sure that everything was complete. Very impressed and happy with our experience!
I've visited the branch several times. It's the worst Wells Fargo branch in all the cities and states I've visited. Terrible service. There's a big difference between this and all the other branches. I don't know why. Even the manager's behavior wasn't good. I've already filed a complaint by calling customer service. I don't know if that was helpful or not
