Had to give a star just because, if it would be up to me I would give 0 stars. Went in there to make some business deposits and I was already with the teller and he told me to step a side while he helps other customers and wanted me to wait until he finishes with the other customers mind you he was already helping me when that happened. Never going to tho that bank again and I don’t recommend it to any one horrible customer service.
I I went to make several work-related deposits and was informed that the branch can only process up to 10 state department deposits at a time, or I could leave the remaining deposits overnight. While that was inconvenient, I understand and respect that it’s their policy. What I found disappointing was the teller’s attitude. 3 days straight nobody answers the phone.
the workers are very attentive
Had a noon appointment with Liz to process a CD renewal. After waiting for over a half hour, she hands me over to another employee who doesn’t even know how to handle CDs. That employee had to call the help center just to get a step-by-step turorial on how to help me. After over an hour I had to leave due to another commitment and didn’t even get to finish the transaction. Not sure why it couldn’t have been done over the phone in the first place.
