I went to make a deposit for the CEO of the company into his personal account. I did not have his account number on hand. However in the past this was never an issue,and the banker was able to look up the account and make the deposit. I had the name and address listed on the deposit slip without the account number. Wells Fargo is not very friendly to it's customers, and small business. They do profile the customers, and if a policy is in place why is this not done at all times.
