Ivette Sanchez at the Bird Road branch is an exceptional advisor. She takes her time discussing your financial goals. We look forward to and enjoy meeting her and her team.
Worst service ever. They give you an appointment and then make you wait half an hour. On top of that they lie to you. The branch associate manager ms. Viera is a walking catastrophe and worsens it all. Incredible but true. A bank of amateurs who do not care about customer service at all.
El banco mas incompetente del mundo despues de 32 minutos de espera y se dinaron a atendernos con excusas pidiendo documentos no requeridos e incluso proveyendolos la manager Maria y su ayudante Jose no nos ayudaron a abrir una cuenta de negocios. No recomendado para nada deberían cerrar.
Horrible . 45 minutes in a drive thru with only 1 car ahead of just to do deposits . Last week was 55 minutes and they deposited into the wrong account .
