Very attentive and courteous staff. They were diligent in processing my banking needs and the customer service was excellent. These are some of the many reasons why I have been a loyal WF customer for over 35 years!
Excellent service at WF Bank. Fridays are usually busier than other days. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

Wednesday, walking into a bank at 345pm, one teller attending one customer for 15 minutes, finally it's my turn, a withdrawal from my checking account, simple right? Think again. Erika Udolkin, teller was not trained on customer service, she was not professional or knowledgeable, she asked me to enter my debit card and pin to verify my identity, texted me a code to my phone number on file, asked me to fill out a withdrawal form, which had my account number, name, signature, and address. Do yourself a favor and do not bank with Wells Fargo. They do not help their customers, and their business practices are very sketchy. Chase is a much better option!
