Literally the worst bank I’ve ever signed up for run run from this bank don’t sign up
Terrible bank. Make everything hard. I'm trying to sign my name, on to the safety deposit account with my wife, which she has already. Bank is empty, fewcworkers, and they couldn't do it. Had to make an appointment. Not open on saturdays, open late and close early.NOT what thet used to be..likely will look for a local bank. Recently I closed my credit card with them because I could not make multiple payments throughout the month. Although I can on my amex.
Drive thru on a weekend
Very attentive and courteous staff. They were diligent in processing my banking needs and the customer service was excellent. These are some of the many reasons why I have been a loyal WF customer for over 35 years!
