Wells Fargo Bank is the absolute worse customer service institution ever. 10 calls later and I am still unable to access my account information because of some verbal password that was set 3 years ago and since forgotten. There are no alternate procedures for recovering the information unless you go into a branch, which for me is 1-2 hours away. No system for password recovery despite the fact that I can give them all the other information they could possibly want such as SS, account number, address etc. So much for being gl... read more
