Kind, took time to listen and helped put together a realistic plan for retirement. Craig is a great guy and didn't push b.s. but rather a real investment program to see me through.
Many of the people in the office are condescending and arrogant. It seems as if they have their own interest in mind rather than the client's best interest. They push products that are more profitable to them, but not necessarily appropriate.
