Received very disappointing customer service. I would look elsewhere for an advisor. Our advisor: -Did not offer options unless asked. -Failed to provide important information regarding a time-sensitive issue. -Failed to respect a Power of Attorney (the function of which is to allow others to make decisions on someone's behalf - and do not usually exist without cause). -Did not treat our account (a small one) with any seriousness (or at least is a best guess at to why we received such poor service).
