I have never met a group of lazier, more robotic people in my life. If what you ask takes longer than five minutes, they simply refuse to do it. We have been told that they do not cash out loose change because it takes too long. If you have a question about your account, they have a preprogrammed set of responses that they spew no matter what you try to explain.
