Worst customer service ever. The lady who answers the phone couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t stay on the phone long enough to answer my second question. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
Wells Fargo is the WORST company ever! I opened up an account with them 2 years ago under their “Home Projects” account and they closed the account for non use. The card can ONLY be used for air conditioners or furnace so it’s not like a Visa or Mastercard that you can charge daily. Now that I need the furnace my account is closed and they refuse to reopen it but advise me to reopen a new account!!! Like really?? Why would I bother to have a hard inquiry on my credit report to open up yet another account for air conditioners... read more
