It looked good at first because someone actually picked up the phone. But I had to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was late because I had just found out that someone close to me caught Covid. I tried to call three times between 9:15 and 9:45. Nobody answered. When I got there they wouldn't work with me. When I told one of the employees about not being answered, she was smug, and said that's how it always is.
