Customer service is really crummy, We have been trying for several weeks to close an account. Every time we send in paperwork they want we get an email from their server saying it was received then when we call to get the status they say the never got it. Then it was you need to have only 15 characters in the document name??? Then we were told their system does not really like email attachments can we use fax or postal service (who uses these in the 21st century).
