I've worked with WF Advisors for more than 15 years, and always had a positive experience. Very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. I've moved several times for job changes and haven't felt the need to change to another firm. Growth within my portfolio is a direct result of the great advise I have been given.
Horrible customer service. It's impossible to get a call back even when they say they're going to call. I have bills to pay but can't get a call back. Will be closing this account ASAP.
UNETHICAL, IMMATURE COMPLEX MANAGER The Complex Manager is a ROGUE employee. HE WILL SABOTAGE YOUR ACCOUNTS!!! This office should be shut down by regulatory authorities. It's ironic that while Wells Fargo allegedly creates unnecessary accounts, this office abruptly closes accounts in retaliation when your financial advisor leaves their organization.
