The worst bank to deal with !
I never had any trouble with the service until this past 5 months. I have a IRA and it’s my only money that I have. Except for my SS check. So I need that money sometimes to pay my bills. I have called this Brandon Williams 3 times. He is either incompetent or is not following my instructions on purpose. Anyway, it is costing me money, when I can’t pay off my bills. I tried to get ahold of somebody else. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. So I hung up. I will be talking to my lawyer next.
