My grandmother passed away last year, and left me an account with Wells Fargo Advisors. I don't live near this branch, and every single time I needed anything Hannah and Trent went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how kind, helpful, and quick they are. Truly was wonderful working with them!

I came into the statesboro branch today because I opened an account weeks ago and never received the debit card. I had spent entirely too long on the line with customer service last week and nothing was solved. I was frustrated when I went in today but the banker that helped me TOTALLY turned my opinion of Wells Fargo around. Lorenzo was helpful, efficient and super nice. He was very professional and went above and beyond with awesome customer service. I can't say enough nice things about him.
