No good customer service
I don't understand why any bank would REQUIRE you to enter you SSN online to start an online access. What bank in thier right mind would ask of that, especially with all the hacks and accessibility people are able to acquire. Absurd
Worst place to ever have a auto loan with. Do not I repeat do not use them for financing.
