I inherited an account with the Wells Fargo Bank and its local advisors . My aunt went into a Nursing home and I became trustee of her account. I have much experience with other investment and savings banks. Over the past 11 years that I have been dealing with Wells Fargo and there advisor's it has been a diaster when customer service help is needed. Robert and his team, Nabila etc., have been attentive and have done a good job over the 15 years I've known them. Robert will always get back to me ASAP and he is patient and listens to my concerns even though I am a small(less than 200K)client...sadly, he cannot control the markets...=)
