How long do I have to sit here on the phone?
This review is about Wells Fargo as a whole. I called in today to have an agent give me the answers to the verification question then ask the question. I am sorry but it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that if you give me the answer prior to the question it is no longer a secure way of identifying. Needless to say I tried to file a complaint about this and I was told by 4 nvidivuals in the corporate office that giving out the answers then asking the question is how they verify.
