What time I talked to them,They are very helpful and really nice.
Tried to get more information on Wells Fargo’s Advisory services with respect to how they securely manage clients money but didn’t get that far. Encountered a surly individual who claimed to be one of the advisors but also claimed he probably wouldn’t know how to answer my questions, and stated that he wasn’t prepared to answer the questions despite my being a Wells Fargo customer. I would avoid this crew at all costs.
Bank is very unresponsive.
