Its a great business..but I thought it was a bank..not..
THIS IS NOT A BANK. ALSO NO ATM! The person on the phone made it very clear that they are not a bank and do not have an ATM, he had had no idea where the nearest Wells Fargo bank was. Hopefully my review will save other people looking for a bank the trip.
Very customer involved, excellent feedback and communication.
Do not use this banking institution! The mobile app is out dated and the service they use to verify your phone with a code takes hours customer service says. Heres the problem with this. You cannot stay logged in for hours waiting for a code. It logs you out and there you are going through the same thing with no way to verify your phone/identity. I'm done with banking here. Wells Fargo is losing my business.
