Wells Fargo was my first mortgage company, and I advise you never to use them. they are a dirty company they don't care about your needs. Had a mortgage under them for 7 years, they refuse to give me a loan modification or refinance my loan. I missed two payments and they threatened to take my home. When it comes to buying a home just tell the title company no I don't want Wells Fargo I would never use this company again for a auto loan personal loan or anything else.
