The ladies that are seated at the front are so nice and helpful and this rating doesn't reflect their attention to the customers. Beware your advisors will not keep you in the loop. If you have a trust or conservatorship and you are the trustee and/or conservator and you ask them questions they will not answer your questions. They will not call you back despite saying that they will and they will call the attorney, whose only job is to file the year end accounting, to discuss your questions. This is the worst trading site I have ever used..And I have been trading to 23 years..Websites from the late 90's had more functionality and speed of execution.
