The way this bank treats its customers is insulting. I applied for an Active cash credit card. The bank sent me the credit card. However, my credit card was inactivated from the time I received it. I sent all the documents that they needed, but they didn't activate my card. The banker told me that my documents were not complete, and that was the reason my card was deactivated. If my documents were not complete, why did the bank send me a card? Why people's time is not important for this bank?
Es increíble la mediocridad de algunos agentes de servicios en línea de Wells Fargo los llamos y le pregunto q puedo hacer para depositar Cash y no existe ninguna entidad de WF en donde vivo y no me saben responder ni siquiera ayudar ,llevo 11 años con WF y la verdad q estas cosas dan pena
Quise depositar dinero en el banco me dijeron que no podía hacerlo, el personal fue muy grosero
