The wiring department decided to wait till last minute to tell us there was an issue on a wire that was verified three separate times. Luckily, Laura Busch stayed on the line with us way past her working time to make sure everything got sorted out. We couldn’t have gotten anything done without her. This morning I was looking for an unbiased third-party opinion on a financial decision I am trying to make. I called Wells Fargo and had the pleasure of speaking with Christopher Hayburn. Mr. Hayburn was friendly, knowledgable, asked thought-provoking questions, and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand.
