What is going on lately with drive thru at this location? It is horrendous if they are even open. Are you understaffed constantly now? Few times a week you close drive thru and when you are open it takes 20-30 min just to deposit something with no one in front of me. I keep having to go to another branch even tho this is my closest one. Very disappointing.
While I am very used to Ocala and their good ol boy system, it's 2024 folks! People of color are college educated with careers, good credit, and a clean criminal record. I'm extremely disappointed to report the staff here do not feel that way. The treatment is horrible and they made me feel so disrespected. The racial profiling is front and center by each and every employee, which became worse once my account balances were revealed making me unsure if they were more horrified with the color green or brown.
