Rick Keller is great to work with and provides great communication on my accounts. He offers timely advice on investment opportunities.
No customer service whatsoever. They flagged a check I wrote off of my account with them as forgery. When I called to get this fixed I had to speak with 10 different people, got disconnected 3 times and they still can't resolve my issue even though the admitted it is not a case of forgery. They pick and choose which checks they want to pay as I have written others with no problems and for higher amounts
