We had an advisor named Ryan McManus. He almost made us lose the house we were under contract to purchase. He wouldn't return calls or keep everyone updated. He didn't give documentation to underwriters. He acted like he had never done his job before! We talked to his manager Jacob Miller and asked for another advisor. He didn't let us change!
