Needed info because someone with Wells Fargo had my bank info somehow and they refused to help because I was not a member with them. Definitely would recommend never using Wells Fargo since their help line is no help at all.
They are great and helpful until you die and your family tries to cash out. Then they do whatever they want however they please. I have been passed around for a week trying to get everything cleared up. 2 years later finding out they did the payouts all wrong. And they refuse to help in any way
I can't believe you handle people's money. You call the 1800 # after holding for 8 minutes, then you have someone who cannot answer questions or speak English. I'm glad I do not do business with this bank.
