Consistently unprofessional and cannot seem to accomplish or understand how to execute a simple transfer. Emails are often filled with spelling errors, as well as incorrect information. They acted like a transfer to fidelity was to some random bank in north dakota. And would forget what institution we were talking about as they deny the transfer.
