Called to get help from an agent (Tim Dehaemers) because I knew his brother growing up. The agent I had been working with had left WF. When the call was answered, I asked to speak to him and when he answered he angrily asked, "Who is this?!" I gave him my name and he demanded to know how I got his number and exactly how I was connected to him. I told him and he yelled that I shouldn't be talking to him, but to his assistant.
