Most of the employees just chill around and have no skills just been sitting there for years doing nothing drawing paychecks. Specially in Jordan Creek, Iowa corporate office I Know many employees who have opened businesses other outside the work and devoting all of their time to the business or always on calls managing their business even during work hours.
